What to Know Before Your FairyTail Grooming Appointment:
I'm so excited to pamper your pup! To keep booking smooth and stress-free, please review the info below before scheduling.
What to Expect:
- Automated confirmation texts are sent a few days before and again the day before the appointment.
- I'll personally text you when I'm on my way from my previous appointment.
- Have special instructions? (don't ring the doorbell, parking notes, gate codes, etc.) You can reply to any of the confirmation or the 'I'm on the way' text.
- Appointments include a 1 hour arrival window (this is not the service time).
- Most appointments take 2-3 hours, depending on size, coat, and comfort.
- Please ensure your pup has gone potty before I arrive.
- If no availability appears when booking, you may be outside my service area. You're welcome to contact me directly to see if travel is possible. A travel fee may apply.

Royal Refresh (Bath & Brush)
- A spa day for pups who just need a good scrub & fluff.
- Includes: bath, nail trimming & filing, ear cleaning, anal gland expression, teeth brushing
- No haircut!
Tidy Touch-Up (Mini-Groom)
- Perfect for pups that don't need a full haircut but need their feathers, outline, and sanitary areas neatened.
- Includes: bath, nail trimming & filing, ear cleaning, anal gland expression, teeth brushing, outline trim of face,/feet/fanny
Magic Wand Makeover (Full Groom)
- The ultimate FairyTail transformation from head to tail!
- Includes: bath, nail trimming & filing, ear cleaning, anal gland expression, teeth brushing, full haircut customized to your liking
Curses (surcharges):
Matting Curse
- Shaving matted areas for comfort does NOT incur an extra fee!
- Dematting (brushing out mats) may incur a surcharge, as it takes extra time and can be uncomfortable for your pup.
- If matting is severe, shaving is the kindest option for your furbaby.
Empty Castle Fee - $35
- If no one is present during the arrival window or I cannot safely access your pup, this fee covers travel and reserved appointment time.
Cancellation Policy
- Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
- You may cancel by: Text, call, or booking app.
- Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee.
