Some pups have lost trust with groomers along the way, and that's okay! Working dogs through this anxiety is one of my favorite things because it is so rewarding. However, if your pup's challenging temperament requires additional handling, time, or safety precautions, this small fee helps cover that extra care. Please be honest on your intake form so I can schedule the time your gremlin deserves to feel safe, understood, build trust with me, and get freshly pampered. 

Even the best of pups can fall under the Matting Curse! I can work through most tangles with care and patience, but please know that de-matting is not a gentle process. If your pup's coat is severely matted and you prefer not to have them shaved, an additional fee may apply. This service takes extra time and effort to safely remove mats while keeping your dog as comfortable as possible. 

If no one is present at the scheduled time, or I cannot safely access your pup, a fee will apply to cover travel and time reserved for your pup.
