Yup! My van is climate-controlled, so your pup stays cozy in winter and cool in summer. If there’s extreme weather that makes travel unsafe (like ice storms or heavy snow), I’ll reschedule as soon as possible.
For first-time grooms, yes. I’ll need to meet you and your pup. For repeat clients, if your pup is comfortable and I have access (garage code, backyard, etc.), you don’t need to be home.
My listed prices include travel within my service area! If you’re outside my zone, a small travel fee may apply.
Absolutely. My setup is designed for your pet’s safety and comfort, using professional-grade equipment and one-on-one attention.
Matting can be painful and dangerous to remove. If it’s too severe, I may need to shave the area for your pet’s comfort. I’ll always discuss options before proceeding.
I specialize in gentle handling and patience. Many nervous pups do much better in a quiet, one-on-one mobile environment. It may take a few appointments and some extra time, but I am more than happy to work your pup through the anxiety.
Yes — to protect all the pups in my care, I require proof of current rabies, distemper, and parvovirus vaccinations before the first appointment. You’ll have a chance to upload a photo or email a copy of your dog’s vaccination record when you book.
Although your pup will not come into contact with any other dogs during their appointment, I take their health seriously. All tools, tubs, and surfaces are thoroughly disinfected and sanitized after every groom to ensure a clean, safe, and stress-free environment. Better safe than sorry — viruses can live on surfaces and transfer easily between dogs, so I take every precaution to keep your pup healthy and happy. 💖
I understand life happens! Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Last-minute cancellations may incur a small fee.
Please let me know as soon as possible! If I arrive and can’t access your dog after 15 minutes, it may count as a missed appointment.
